Pour cette nouvelle Invitation à l'Imaginaire, Michel Maffesoli reçoit le philosophe italien Mario Perniola, auteur de Contre la Communication (éd. Lignes). Ils seront accompagnés de Claire Margat, journaliste à Art Press, et de Vincenzo Susca, maître de conférence à Montpellier.
Comment échapper à l'uniformisation galopante induite par la communication de masse ? Sinon par l'irruption de l'affect, du sensible, de ces attitudes où l'humour, la séduction, le désintéressement reprennent une indéniable vigueur.
Un nouvel ordre symbolique reconnaissant le prix des choses sans prix est en gestation. Il faut savoir, hors des sentiers battus, penser la mutation en cours.

On the occasion of this new Invitation to the Imagination, Michel Maffesoli has invited Italian philosopher Mario Perniola, the author of Contre la communication (published by Éditions Lignes). They will be joined by Art Press journalist Claire Margat and lecturer Vincenzo Susca.
How can we escape the rampant standardization resulting from mass communication, if not through the irruption of affect, of perception, of these attitudes in which humor, seduction, disinterestedness regain an undeniable vigor? A new symbolic order acknowledging the price of priceless things is in the making. We should be able to think through ongoing transformations -and do so off the beaten track.
